Graphic Security Systems Corporation (USA) v. Nautilus Security (UK)
Tuesday 14. July 2009 - Nautilus Security agrees to be enjoined with trial currently set for April 2010
Graphic Security Systems Corporation (GSSC) Plaintiff in the USA filed suit against Nautilus Security of the UK (Defendant) on December 16, 2008, over security technology sold in the Brand Protection and Document Security market. GSSC alleges that Nautilus is marketing services and products that infringe GSSC’s intellectual property.
GSSC is actively pursuing this suit and the case is currently set for an April 2010 trial.

In its case against Nautilus Security, Nautilus has agreed to cease and desist from using, selling, manufacturing, offering to sell, and importing technology that incorporates Nautilus’ hidden image technology, which GSSC alleges infringes its ‘876 Patent.
Currently, Graphic Security Systems Corporation holds more than 40 patents on security technology for Brand Protection and Document Security in the US and worldwide.
GSSC has provided its patented security technology to government-authorized security printing firms and major corporations for more than twenty-five years.
