With print, copy, scan and fax capabilities, these multifunction printers add professional color distinction to office documents. Regardless of the format, media or finishing needs, they elegantly produce color or black & white documents. By seamlessly integrating with office workflows, the Océ VarioLink 5522c/6522c MFPs will become a natural extension of any business.

Speeds up document workflows
With a print speed of up to 55/65 ppm in black & white and 45/50 ppm in color, simplex or duplex, the Océ VarioLink 5522c/6522c MFPs meet the most demanding office needs. Scanning will not slow business down either, as the system processes up to 78 originals per minute. The standard 1-GHz print/scan controller, or optional Fiery controller, also keeps everything running fast. To further increase speed, smart user boxes (up to 1,000) help users intelligently manage their entire workflows so employees spend less time waiting for their business-critical documents.
Protects sensitive information
Getting information to the people who need it without worrying about confidentiality is easy with the Océ VarioLink 5522c/6522c devices. With password-protected printing, documents are not sitting around in an open bin where anyone can see them. Other standard security measures include hard disk data encryption, a hard disk overwrite function and confidential copying with a watermark or overlay. For more document protection, customers can add Océ PRISMAenterprise software and gain an authentication manager for advanced security.
Adds style to documents
By adding professional color, the Océ VarioLink 5522c/6522c MFPs improve document readability, comprehension and impact. More style can be added to documents with fast inline finishing, including folding, stapling and booklet making. With a variety of input options, users can enhance documents on media sizes from 5.5″ x 8.5″ to 12″ x 18″, and up to 100-lb cover stock from the bypass tray. Print jobs start at the large color panel, which guides users through their tasks, or with the programmable shortcut keys, which automate common tasks.
Controls document workflows
To capture the full potential of the Océ VarioLink 5522c/6522c devices, as well as every other Océ and non-Océ printer, customers can add Océ PRISMA software. Océ PRISMAstart software monitors office devices and sends an email when there is a problem. Océ PRISMAenterprise controls users’ printer fleets with advanced management and print tools.
Flexible solutions With print, copy, scan and fax features, the Océ VarioLink 5522c/6522c MFPs deliver exceptional quality and efficiencies. Standard printing-from and scanning-to USB and scan-to-email provide even more document delivery options. These systems allow users to choose what they need with room to grow. Just select the speed and finishing capabilities and choose from letter, legal or tabloid sized large-capacity trays. For graphic-intensive environments, an optional Fiery print controller from EFI is available. Océ office solutions offer the flexibility to configure a system to match any business needs.
Sustainable solutions
The Océ VarioLink 5522c/6522c systems’ new fusing system reduces energy consumption and minimizes warm-up time, which helps the environment and saves money. Standard auto-duplex and advanced electronic document routing can significantly reduce paper use and the exterior panels are made from recycled plastics, which reduce waste. Furthermore, the Océ VarioLink 5522c/6522c devices have the ability to handle recycled paper and produce low sound and emissions in addition to meeting Blue Angel, EPA ENERGY STAR and RoHS standards.
