Print Art Installs the Pro-Mail System

Tuesday 09. June 2009 - When Print Art, a commercial printing company in southern New Jersey, looked to grow its warehousing and fulfillment operations, it needed a software solution to effectively and efficiently run the operation.

Additionally, Print Art needed a process for its retail clients needing store distribution, it chose the Pro-Mail System, which is designed for fulfillment and is the only system available that is perfect for store distribution.

“We are always looking for ways to expand our customer services with value-added offerings such as digital web-to-print, direct mail and fulfillment,” Carlton Blasé, Print Art CEO says. “By helping our customers meet and exceed their needs, they find a one-stop solution. Furthermore, we appreciate our customers’ loyalty and want to do everything we can to continue to earn that loyalty.”

Blasé adds that it was imperative that Print Art install a system that made managing store’s various distribution needs easy and provided an efficient way to manage large monthly distributions of product. Print Art also wanted an accurate and effective warehouse inventory management system, with detailed reporting and on-line shopping cart capabilities. Lastly, Print Art wanted to grow its digital printing business, for which they chose XMPie. With XMPie’s ability to customize printing jobs and Pro-Mail’s ability to manage inventory, order entry, order processing and distribution of the materials, the integration of the two solutions provides a one-stop-shop for Print Art’s customers to order all their materials, including both static items as well as merchandise that requires customization.

“We are committed to the success of our customers,” Denise S. Lunden, President, Software Marketing Associates, Inc. (SMA) says. “Our customers must be able to manage a broad range of fulfillment projects for their clients, from the very simple to the most complex. We continuously enhance the Pro-Mail System to provide functionality and efficiency that our customers need to stay competitive and profitable. In today’s marketplace, Pro-Mail customers can be confident that they can handle even the most challenging fulfillment projects.”

In business, when a customer and a vendor come together to implement necessary solutions, such as has happened with Print Art and SMA, both companies benefit. In this instance, Print Art continues its growth as a full-service marketing provider of print, mail, fulfillment, distribution, and variable web-to-print, for its customers while SMA grows its expanding family of customers.
