Monday 08. June 2009 - Stork Prints - global technology leader in rotary screen printing- will showcase its textile industry expertise at the ShanghaiTex, Shanghai, P.R. China (stand H07, zone W3).

The show will take place from June 12th through June 15th. Highlights of the show presentation shall include the extensive rotary screen consumables program, direct laser engraving and digital printing.
With Stork Prints’ innovative and complete program of both consumables and machines for rotary screen-printing, the company proves to be now more than ever, the one-stop shopping answer for cost-savvy buyers.

Screens and lacquers
Stork Prints offers a comprehensive consumables programme of screens and lacquers. Specially suited for Stork’s printing systems are the company’s programme of nickel rotary screens, which offer guaranteed stability and smoothest printing results. The screens offer compatibility with all paste types, and are suited to achieve the highest quality results with all possible textile applications.

For many years, Stork Prints’ program of Special Screens has proved to be highly popular with textile printers, thanks to the screens’ reputation for high performance, and ability to achieve fine detail, even with large paste particles. The Special Screens are commonly used to create effects such as glitter and full-surface printing. For coating, Stork Prints also offers a choice of screens that allow the desired yield values to be precisely achieved for each specific application. A range of screens is also especially available for transfer printing, wall cover printing and various coating applications such as interlining or non-wovens.

Digital engraving
In addition to an exceptional screen program, Stork Prints is also renowned as the leading partner for digital engraving. The company’s laser engraving systems have been a feature of the textile industry for over 25 years, offering a faster, more efficient, high quality, and eco-friendly approach to imaging.

Next to the proven concept of direct laser engraving -bestLen- with an installed base of more than 300, the latest addition -ecoLex- has been specifically launched for the Asian markets. Introduced at ITMA Asia 2008, the ecoLEX is integrating the advantages of optical exposure of a screen with those of the digital laser technology; utilizing existing lacquer systems and developing equipment. It is set to play an important role in the extension of Stork Prints’ engraving technology to the global textile printing market because of its excellent price – performance ratio.

During the show, Stork Prints specialists will be on hand to show numerous examples of superior textile products, produced thanks to Stork Prints’ screen and machine systems. Lastly, a presentation of applications for digital textile printing using top quality Stork inks will be found at the booth.
