GCC Complies with EU RoHS & WEEE

May 2009 - GCC, a global forefront equipment-manufacturing provider in the visual-tech industry, is proud to announce that our products are compliant with environmental regulations: the European Unions Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE).

As a market leader and an environment-friendly product manufacturer, GCC is committed to make all-out efforts to preserve the global environment. In accordance with RoHS, GCC produces lead-free products and restricts the use of six toxic and harmful substances: lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). On the other hand, to be compliant with WEEE, GCC also endeavors to meet with WEEE requirements, and is devoted to the reuse, recycling and other means of salvage wastes so as to reduce the disposal of industrial refuse.

In addition to RoHS and WEEE, GCC also conforms to CE Certification set forth by the EU, and manufactures all products in accordance with the essential safety requirements.
