The Belgian vinyl manufacturer Grafityp Selfadhesive Products (booth number E140 in hall 1) will during the FESPA DIGITAL 2009 show mainly focus on the new GEF cutting vinyls and on the GrafiWrap Car Wrapping System.
GEF, or Grafityp Ecological Film, is a cutting film that presents the qualities of a polymeric film as well as some of a cast film, and at the same time is offered at the price of a better monomeric film. The GEF film is made of several layers that can be adjusted separately, and does NOT contain any chlorine or plasticizers. This means that NO harmful gases are released when the material is burned after recycling, a truly important step in the ecological sphere. With its magnificent gloss, user friendliness (easy cutting and peeling), linked to an extremely high flexibility, this new GEF film is to be considered an enormous leap in the evolution of high-quality self adhesive films with an extra ecological character.
GrafiWrap is a new “Vehicle Wrapping” system that, in contrast with other vehicle wrapping systems, consists of a combination of two self adhesive vinyls : a white cast Grafiprint vinyl for solvent printing (reference S34P) and an ultrathin Grafiprint laminate (reference LAM040). The sandwich of both these materials is a soft and flexible 90 micron film that will protect your vehicle against scratches, stone chips, dirt and the harmful radiation of the sun. GrafiWrap can be applied in the recesses of vehicles without any problems, and will not come loose again if applied correctly.
