CANON U.S.A. imageRUNNER MODELS RECEIVE “TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDED” DESIGNATIONS FROM INDUSTRY ANALYSTS, INC.

Monday 04. May 2009 - imageRUNNER Models Receive High Ratings from Service Managers Nationwide in Annual Survey

Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leading provider of digital imaging and office solutions, today announced that its imageRUNNER 3035, imageRUNNER 5055 and imageRUNNER 7095 models received “Technician Recommended” designations from Industry Analysts, Inc.

Each year, Industry Analysts, Inc., conducts its MFP Reliability Study of service managers from copier/MFP dealers and resellers to rate the multifunctional devices they work with on a daily basis. As part of the survey, respondents were asked to rate each model’s overall reliability on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best. Canon’s imageRUNNER models were awarded ratings higher than 8.5 to receive the “Technician Recommended” designation. The imageRUNNER 3035 received a rating of 8.7 and the imageRUNNER 5055 was rated 8.6, while the imageRUNNER 7095 topped the Canon ratings with 9.0.
