Intermills Capital acquires Gruppo Cordenons Paper Mill at Malmedy Belgium
Thursday 09. April 2009 - The Mill which is a leading European manufacturer of fine, digital, technical and specialty paper was acquired by on 2nd December 2008.
The mill which was closed has now reopened and has recommenced full production. The mill will now operate under the Intermills name has over three hundred years experience of paper making at the Malmédy .
Building on that tradition, Intermills Capital intend to invest in securing the long-term future of Belgiums only independent paper manufacturer by focusing on developing our range of high quality, specialist papers, leveraging the skills of our staff, and strengthening its sales, marketing and R&D teams.
