Wednesday 04. March 2009 - We will present an absolute novelty in this sphere of industry, a "Flying splice system on a single- position reel stand". This application, patented by us, affords changing reels automatically on single-position unwind or rewind stands.

The peculiarity of the system is the one of applying the solution to existing reel stands.
The reel stands can be positioned frontally, sideways or even superposed.
The use is particularly suited on rotary and guillotine cutters, coating/laminating machines and printing presses. The system can however be applied to other requirements.
The SCAN RAIL 2008 version will be present too. This product is a complete system for displaying the coated and/or thickness profiles, combined with Nir, Beta and Laser analyzers/gauges. The product comes with motorized scanning systems provided by us for the various web widths.
Our activity is oriented to mechanical/electrical/pneumatic rebuilding of printing and coating/laminating machines.
We design and manufacture automatic un- and rewinders of various sizes, electric shaft linked printing stations, coating units and ventilation/drying systems with various sorts of heat generators.
Our activities are completed with turn-key projects inclusive of installation and start-up where required, without any limitations on location, site or else.
We can transform your printing press – if it is conventional with a single main motor and a mechanical power transmission to all units – into an electric shaft driven press, with all the production advantages brought by this modern technology.
