ROLAND DG MID EUROPE AT GRAFITALIA 2009: AN UNCOVERED UNIVERSE

Tuesday 03. March 2009 - Roland partecipates to Grafitalia 2009, with a full range of large format printers.

Protagonist of the booth is the new VersaArt RS-640 (media width of 64″). VersaArt RS-640 reflects the highest image quality and chooses from a wide variety of media. It has an incredible quality/price relation, that allows to easily enter the wide-format inkjet printing and to give ones business a competitive edge. RS-640 is equipped with Roland VersaWorks professional RIP software, all the services and the support of the Roland Academy. It is going to be one of the most desired products of the next years.
Besides the new RS-640, Roland exhibits the professional printers XJ-640 and AJ-740 too.
From this year, Roland also introduces UV printing with the innovative and unique VersaUV LEC-300 (media width of 76″). LEC-300 integrates the two functions of print and cut. It prints the designs in CMYK, White ink and can finishes them with rich special effects created by multiple layers of clear coat varnish for unmatched versatility.
Furthermore, Roland shows the whole range of medium and large print and cut machines: all the models belonging to the VersaCamm family, SP-300V/540V and VP-300/540 and the inimitable SolJET PRO III XC-540, also available with the new Eco Sol Max white ink. This version allows to print CMYK and white ink simultaneously .
These machines are extremely versatile: they can print and cut, but they can also work as simple printers or cutters.
