Thursday 26. February 2009 - DeCoSystem was created in 2001 with the goal of developing artificial vision technology for the quality control of printed and decorated products.
The base idea of the whole project was the creation of a high-specialized company with a team of technicians who are expert either in image-analysis or in printing technologies. Today DeCoSystem engineers have acquired a specific know- how working in close contact with the operators directly on printing machines.

Among DeCoSystems several products and applications there are two very interesting systems:
PERFECTO
PerFecTO is a100% real time print inspection system for offset printed sheet. Designed to be used on a printing press, PerFecTO is particularly suitable for packaging cardboard controls – especially pharmaceutical boxes – but it can be successfully used to control labels, patient information slips and any other top-quality sheet.

SCANDIFF
Scandiff is an out-line system developed for digital image comparison. In particular with Scandiff its possible to compare a print proofing with a digital pdf file (pdf/bmp) or with a pre-stored reference model validated by the customer. Its also possible to compare two digital files; for example its possible to compare the customers original file with pre-press file (pdf/pdf). Scandiff guarantees and certifies the absence of errors due to Pdf files manipulations. It is also the best solution to find out any problem in the clichées which are not easily detectable using conventional visual processes.
