OUR OBJECTIVE: ENHANCING YOUR CUTTING LINE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

Thursday 26. February 2009 - Our company boasts a 35-years experience in the industrial blades sector and manufactures circular knives, smooth-edge and toothed linear blades, pneumatic cutting assemblies for the packaging, nonwovens, plastics, and tissue industries.

Today, we still have to make the users of our products, who invest considerable capitals in the purchase of cutting lines, aware of the need for using high-quality spares (circular knives or blades, all the time just considered common tools) and of the fact that it’s the union of two highly professional products that assures a high performance cutting unit.
We are currently in a position to offer the best of our experience to achieve high-volume productions and the best cutting with our knives, which are the result of a continual research and of the problems submitted to us by the users of our cutting tools over the years to solve production problems, whereby more and more short cutting times are required.
Today, the modern rereeling cutters operate at speeds that were unimaginable until 15 years ago and such performances can only be assured by high quality knives.
Our research mainly addresses the raw material, i.e. the steel, the thermal treatments, and the geometry of the cutting profiles, in order to get a higher and higher wearproofing, hence less frequent blade replacements, so as to have less machine stops and consequently to get much higher production volumes.
We are also in a position to offer, in addition to circular knives and blades for cutting applications, complete cutting modules to be incorporated in already existing lines.
Our Technical Department is at your complete disposal for any suggestions or recommendations. We are also willing to schedule training courses on the cutting techniques for your operators, to be held at your own premises.
Having a good knowledge of wear, knife penetration, and operating pressure means getting higher production volumes and lower maintenance costs.
