MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAV-PRINTVIS; THE ERP THAT OPTIMIZES THE GRAPHIC INDUSTRIES

Graphic Companies – will present to Grafitalia the Microsoft Dynamics NAV-PrintVis IT system, ERP for the Graphic, Paper and Label Industries.
Dynamics NAV-PrintVis is able to satisfy the needs of all functions, provide solutions for all administrative and production processes, and manage jobs and their costs, from Pre-Press to Printing and to Post-press activities: an ERP system for Companies operating in Graphic Industry.
Columbus IT Italia S.r.l., during Grafitalia 2009, will hold ad hoc – demos and presentations, and among the many innovations available the main focus will be on the following issues:
1 – Bidirectional communication, between Dynamics NAV-PrintVis and machineries , through the use of JDF and JMF.
2 – Dynamic real time Scheduling. Simulation of alternative feasible programs which full load the machineries and of the way in which the changes are immediately visible to the customer service, purchasing and production area.
3 – Advanced Imposition which will allocate the costs of production to the jobs that generated them, even in more complex cases of combined orders, particular imposition and optimizations in the production phase.
4 – Work-flow: Dynamics NAV-PrintVis has an overview scorecard of progress for all the activities within a company, in order to keep the information about the status of the job and of the user, responsible of this activity.
