OvernightPrints.com Appoints Brent Rusick as President

Tuesday 24. February 2009 - OvernightPrints.com, the world leader in waterless (green) printing, announced today the appointment of Brent Rusick to President and CEO.

Rusick brings more than a decade of experience to the helm of one of the largest online printers in the United States and Europe. In his new position, Rusick will oversee a corporate restructuring focused on new business development, emerging technology and international expansion.

“As a well-respected pioneer in the e-commerce industry, Brent’s expertise in leading both start-up companies and large, public enterprises, will further secure OvernightPrints.com’s position as the leader in small business printing solutions,” said Brett Heap, founder of Farheap Solutions, the parent company of OvernightPrints.

Prior to his current responsibilities, Rusick served as CEO for Comerxia.com, a global e-commerce service provider managing import and export capabilities for some of the US’s largest online merchants including Overstock.com, Drugstore.com, and BlueFly.com. In an effort to raise capital and drive new, e-commerce business, Rusick installed an experienced management team, rebuilt the company’s internet technology platform and expanded international operations through strategic joint ventures in Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Prior to joining Comerxia.com, Rusick was one of the founding partners of Buy.com, a large online retailer that brokers deals between buyers and distributors. He served as Chief Operating Officer where he managed sales, marketing, web design and fulfillment operations.

Before joining Buy.com, Mr. Rusick served as Director of US Distribution for Packard Bell NEC and Sales Manager for Tech Data Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University in California.
