ONE WASHER MANY BASKETS
Tuesday 24. February 2009 - Aster manufactures washing machines for flexo and rotogravure printing industry, solvent and water distillers.
With the same washer its possible to use standard baskets for parts washing (doctor blades, ink pans, trays, shields…) and specific baskets for pumps, hoses, piping and cylinders washing (with cylinders rotationg during the washing cycle). The machine automatically recognizes each basket and starts the correct cycle. The specific baskets can be equipped with additional nozzles (to improve the cleaning result) and allow solvent flowing inside the parts, to ensure the internal cleaning as well as the external washing. The washing can be carried out using water and detergents or solvents, by spraying or ultrasonic, according to the type of inks to wash.
ASTER distillers ensure minimum operators exposition and intervention: dirty solvent loading, clean solvent delivery, waste discharge and distiller walls cleaning are automatic. Aster washing machines main feature is the superior washing capacity, ensured by the big flow of pumps distributed on many nozzles and the possibility to position the parts to be washed on the basket bottom and two side walls. The big loading capacity will be documented by a washer basket, provided with parts, that will be displayed at the expo. Besides, we will introduce our new vacuum distiller, suitable for flammable solvent distillation. This product, as per Asters best tradition, lays at the highest levels according to European safety standards and fully meets the requirements of ATEX Directive 94/9/CE, as well as our washing machines.
