New Centralized KBA Headquarters in Dallas Is Ready for Spring 2009

Monday 16. February 2009 - Combination of sheetfed, web, service, and training all under one roof with high-tech customer center

KBA North America, a global press manufacturer based in Williston, Vermont, and Dallas, Texas, announces that its new centralized headquarters location is nearing completion and on track for the company to move in spring 2009. The 60,000 sq ft facility located on the Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport complex will provide easy access to all areas of the country and house both the sheetfed and web divisions of the company under one roof as well as service, training, and parts departments.

“Our goal is to build a state-of-the-art facility in a centralized location to meet the needs and demands of our customer base,” says Holger Garbrecht, CEO and president of KBA North America. “We have invested in a remarkable location where our sales, training, service, and parts department will be able to interact and reach our customers quickly and expeditiously. Our newly-expanded corporate demonstration center will provide our customers with the ability to see an even broader diversity of press products and solutions.”

The new facility will ensure KBA maintains its high level of customer satisfaction for parts, service and customer support. KBA’s strong presence in market segments like packaging, commercial and newspaper production plus its vast product portfolio and custom-made presses will continue to allow printers to grow into new markets, differentiate themselves, and increase profitability.

“The relocation and centralization of our U.S. headquarters demonstrates the confidence of our German parent company to weather this difficult time and emerge stronger,” says Garbrecht. “We are working with select industry partners to provide new systems that will help our customers differentiate themselves and be more profitable. After we have settled into the new location, we look forward to hosting an open house with industry leaders to demonstrate our expanded capabilities.”
