Rohm and Haas Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

Tuesday 03. February 2009 - Rohm and Haas Company's (NYSE:ROH) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.41 per common share.

This dividend will be payable on March 2, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 13, 2009.
