FileMaker Showcases New FileMaker Pro 10 and Bento 2 Databases at 2009 Texas Computer Education Association Conference

FileMaker, Inc. today announced its participation in the 2009 Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) Convention & Exhibition, Feb. 2-6, at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas (Booth #2687). FileMaker will demonstrate FileMaker Pro 10, which shipped last month with a sleek new interface and intuitive new design, and Bento 2, the award-winning personal database software for Mac OS X Leopard.

Also in the FileMaker booth, Jeff Youngblood of ESL Software Solutions for Educators will demonstrate The Bilingual/ESL Data & Report System, a customized FileMaker Pro 10 solution that collects bilingual or ESL students’ demographic and testing data and uses it to create a multitude of reports – freeing staff from spending valuable time completing paperwork.

Attendees will also see Bento 2, which now delivers easy importing from Excel and AppleWorks, convenient iTunes-style searching, quick sorting, instant summary stats and much more.
