The Pepsi Bottling Group Finalizes Acquisition of Lane Affiliated Companies

Wednesday 10. December 2008 - The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (NYSE: PBG) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Lane Affiliated Companies, Inc.

Lane Affiliated Companies is the eighth largest Pepsi bottler in the United States. It serves portions of Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
