SYNCHRO for jars PKB: the multiformat servodriven machine for filling and capping cosmetics cream jars

Monday 17. November 2008 - The PKB’s know-how in matter of ease of changeovers from now on applies to the cosmetics cream jars thanks to the optimized use of servodrives and servotube linear motors

The PKB’s know-how in matter of ease of changeovers from now on applies to the cosmetics cream jars thanks to the optimized use of servodrives and servotube linear motors for :
– A hugely wide range of applications and jars (round, oval, with or without protective cap, square, jars with small to large dimensions, etc.).
– A hugely wide range of cream viscosities.
– Very simple adjustments and highest easy to use.
– A high accuracy and optimization in terms of filling, capping and cap orientation.
– A rotation of the jar while filling for a better distribution of the cream in the jar.
– A screwing and unscrewing torque control with iteration program during initialization of the production run : the 9 first jars are tested up to the benchmark « unscrewing » torque, before the production running.
– An output of 60 jars/minute.

Options :
– Jar and/or screw-on overcap dust removing.
– Smoothing of the cream before protective cap applying.
– Applying of different types of protective caps (molded, pre-cut foils, etc).
– Heat sealing of protective caps.
– Orientation of the screw-on overcap.
– Jars in pucks or not.
– Tank with motor-driven pushing screw.
– Check cameras.
– Program for statistics control of the unscrewing torque, etc.

SYNCHRO FOR JARS PKB will be exhibited at Salon de l’Emballage in Paris from 17 to 21 November 2008 (hall 5a stand J91).
