Aladdin Beverage Announces Ticker Symbol Change and New Company Initiatives

Monday 03. November 2008 - Aladdin Beverage (OTC Pink Sheets : ALDI) announced today that the Company will be operating under the new ticker symbol, ALDI. The former ticker symbol was ADTD.

The Company recently announced that its Board of Directors approved a capital restructuring of the Company’s common stock. For all shareholders of record as of today, October 31, 2008, Aladdin Beverage will be implementing a 1000 to 1 reverse split.

“We are at the beginning of a new phase for the company and are very excited about what the future holds for us,” stated Ted O’Conner, CEO and President of Aladdin Beverage. “We have product in the market and are expanding our customer base daily. Our need to raise capital still exists, but it is not as urgent as it has been in the past.” Ted O’Connor went on to say. “So far our plan has worked and we look forward to sharing some great news with our investors in the next 12 to 18 months.”

Additionally, Aladdin would like to announce two new initiatives:

— Aladdin has terminated its relationship with Big Apple Consulting.
— Aladdin’s Board of Directors has decided to reduce the authorized
shares from 5,000,000,000 to 500,000,000. Paperwork to amend the
articles will be sent out today.



Aladdin Beverage’s Board of Directors approved the restructuring in order to foster investment, reduce the market volatility that its shares have experienced, and to position itself for profitability in the next 12 to 18 months. As a result of the reverse stock split, each 1000 shares of common stock will be combined and reclassified into one share of common stock.
