Hat Trick Beverages (HKBV) To Incorporate Zabalatte As One Of Its Products

Mr. Sender Vaiser CEO of Hat Trick said “As we move forward with our Hot and Cold drink division distribution we are always on a look out for new and exciting niche products that will distinguish Tango Cafe from others. This product is an example of this effort. The creators of this product are quite serious and have invested a great deal of time and resources into the venture. For example, a trademark application to the US Patent Office registered on March 5, 2008 for the name, Zabalatte, bearing the serial no. 76/687,496 has been assigned. In addition, Creative Flavours & Specialties, a Division of ZunBai Products LLC located in Middlesex, NJ, was hired to produce formulation. Consultation with a Food Technology Advisor from the American Egg Board, Glenn W. Froning, Ph.D, has commenced to discuss the health benefits of the egg and the role the egg plays in the health benefits of Zabalatte.

Tango Cafe is looking to commercialize and to licensee this concept of Zabalatte. We have negotiated a low royalty percentages (3%-4%) with an agreement that the rate be increased as the net sales figures increase. We project conservatively sales in the 1 to 2 million dollar range for our Tango division with this product.”
