Flint Group continues on acquisition trail with purchase of Russell-Webb Ltd
Wednesday 15. October 2008 - Flint Group announces the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of the specialist anti-set-off manufacturer Russell-Webb Ltd.
The powder business will be integrated into Flint Groups press room consumables division, Day International, which manufactures and distributes highly engineered consumable products used in offset, flexographic and digital printing world wide. The well established Coatings Division of Russell-Webb continues as an independent company, RW coatings Ltd.
Situated at Hertford in the UK, Russell-Webb has manufactured anti-set-off powders since 1974 and distribute to 40 countries throughout the world. This experience, specialisation and technical expertise has enabled the company to offer an extensive range of proven spray powders to their customer base.
