BÖWE BELL + HOWELL (BBH), a leading provider of high-performance document management solutions and services, has formed an exclusive partnership with Toshiba International Corporation, a world-class manufacturer of electronic devices, digital products and social infrastructure systems. Through its acclaimed support division, BBH Services, BBH will offer post-warranty support and service for the Toshiba model CS-7560 currency sorter. The sorter is distributed throughout the U.S. by Toshiba’s exclusive distributor, Western Money Systems, Inc.

This flexible currency sorter is used by financial institutions, armored carriers and casinos in the United States. BBH will service the products through its nationwide network of field technicians.

“The BBH-Toshiba partnership amplifies our companies’ shared commitment to quality and innovation and leverages our complementary capabilities,” said John Tarascio, executive vice president of BBH Services. “Through this relationship, CS-7560 clients receive maximum value: a quality product bolstered by reliable service that will save them both time and money.”

“Our customers choose the CS-7560 sorter for its high throughput plus batch card processing, quality and fine reputation,” said Mike Ayers, senior vice president and general manager of Toshiba International Corporation. “Our reputation and that of BBH guarantee our clients the high level of support they require. We are confident that BBH’s success and experience in a range of industries will make them successful in this market space as well.”

Building on a foundation of excellent technical support service, the BBH Services organization has evolved into a highly diversified, customer-focused business unit that also offers training, mail center optimization, and sophisticated, proprietary tools that enable real-time resolution of customer problems. “Our partnership with Toshiba and other recent service alliances demonstrate our commitment to expand the scope of our services to other OEM’s and technology vendors,” noted Tarascio. “We are filling a clear need in the marketplace.”
