Wednesday 08. October 2008 - Prudent Publishing's GalleryCollection.com, the leading business Holiday cards and personalized Christmas cards publisher, is pleased to announce its 15th annual celebration of Customer Service Week.
Since 1991, the Customer Service Group has sponsored Customer Service Week, providing materials and information to companies on how to create a successful celebration.
The greeting cards company plans to celebrate Customer Service Week with several activities related to this year’s theme: “One Team, One Goal.” These activities have been designed to promote and recognize the importance of customer service and honor those who provide exceptional service on a daily basis.

In 1992, the U.S. Congress officially recognized Customer Service Week as a national event. It is celebrated each year during the first full week of October.
