Tuesday 19. August 2008 - Graymills Internationals award winning Quick Change peristaltic ink pump joins a family of innovative centrifugal, peristaltic and diaphragm ink delivery systems. Available in single and dual head, this award winner was designed to allow users to change hose and pump heads in seconds, reducing press downtime and saving money.
The pumps also allow tool-less removal of the motor for easier moving and cleaning of the pump. Extra pump bodies can be kept in the make-ready area to speed changeover.
Graymills new line of gravure-specific pumps exceeds industry performance demands while providing quick turnaround, lighter weight and high quality.
With three models to choose from, all converters are covered. Mid to wide-web presses can turn to the new G2000, while larger presses have the choice of the M3 and G4 pumps. These pumps are made of rugged cast iron and stainless steel and are Teflon-coated for easy wash-up.
