Apparition Studio Meets Growing Demand For Digital Photography

Wednesday 16. July 2008 - New State-of-the-Art Digital Photography Studio Opens in Baltimore

In an effort to meet the growing demand for high quality product, fashion and lifestyle photography in the Baltimore area, Siquis Ltd., a full service advertising and design firm, announced the opening of Apparition Studio. The new 3300 foot, state-of-the-art digital photography studio will officially open its doors on July 24, 2008 at 1425 Clarkeview Road, Suite 600, Baltimore MD, 21209.

Apparition is a unique studio for the Baltimore area. Designed by Rory McCarthy of Rory McCarthy Design, Sonoma, California and Brion McCarthy of Siquis Ltd., the space has an industrial-tech style and is fully appointed with 16 foot ceilings, a 20 foot wide by 14 foot high infinity wall, dressing room, staging areas, hair and make-up stations, food prep area and conference space with high speed internet. It has street level access with a 10′ roll up door for easy loading of equipment, props and product.

“After spending months searching for a studio space for creating cutting edge digital photography, I realized that the space I wanted did not exist in the Baltimore area. That inspired me to work with Rory McCarthy to create a studio that would meet our clients needs for the highest quality images,” said Brion McCarthy, Apparition’s in-house photographer. “The space provides us with the technology and flexibility to offer clients high quality photography as well as an efficient and cost effective process.”

Brion McCarthy has been creating award winning studio, table-top and editorial photography for the past twenty-one years. He has worked with clients such as Black and Decker, Filson, Woolrich, 180s, Little Me, The Baltimore Sun, Pelle Pelle, McCormick, Royal Robbins, STX and Simpson Race Products.

Apparition will also be available to photographers and videographers looking for studio space to rent for their own projects.
