Kyp Systems Hires KCSA Strategic Communications as U.S. Public Relations Agency of Record

Tuesday 15. July 2008 - Kyp Systems, Inc., creator of a patented, paper-based marketing tool called the iKyp(TM), has hired KCSA Strategic Communications as its U.S.-based public relations agency of record.

The iKyp incorporates a unique combination of interactive “knowledge wheels” and expanding inserts to educate and empower recipients with information they can easily understand, use and share. The format has been proven to generate higher ROI and response rates and has been adopted by marketing leaders such as American Express, Procter & Gamble, AstraZeneca and more.

Recently the company introduced the patented iKyp webkey — a USB style device that creates a bridge between physical media and the digital world. It seamlessly connects recipients to specific landing pages, allowing marketers to integrate online and offline activities, create personalized user experiences and track user activity.

By developing consumer engagement solutions that help marketers reach audiences through a variety of channels (direct mail, point-of-sale, events, etc.), the company hopes to meet the demands of the growing marketplace for alternative, performance-driven marketing options. KCSA will implement a comprehensive public relations program to introduce global brands, advertisers and the U.S. ad agency community to Kyp Systems’ complete range of products and services.

“Cutting through the clutter of today’s marketing environment is not enough; marketers need to find ways of delivering information that educates and empowers consumers,” said Nicholas Miller, CEO, Kyp Systems Plc. “Kyp has developed a product that is high on consumer engagement and provides a unique solution for this need. We’re confident that KCSA Strategic Communications will help us to accelerate market penetration for our products and services.”

Kyp Systems is the newest KCSA client in the firm’s fast-growing advertising and media practice led by Managing Partner Henry Feintuch and Managing Director Anne Donohoe. Clients in the group include Arbitron, Adspace Networks, Ecast, AdPack USA, Linkstorm, Titan Worldwide, TruMedia, 3rd Dimension and ACM Media.

“Kyp Systems has already garnered significant attention from global brands in the short time it has been operating in the U.S.,” said Ms. Donohoe. “What’s really interesting about Kyp is its creative ability to develop meaningful engagement solutions for clients. There are a number of vertical markets, including financial services and health care/pharmaceuticals that can really benefit from the unique products and services they offer.”
