NEW PRODUCTS BREAK DRUPA RECORDS FOR MORGANA

Thursday 03. July 2008 - Digital finishing specialists Morgana Systems Ltd report a record Drupa, with newly launched products accounting for the lion’s share of orders.

Top products included the new DigiFold 5000P combined creaser/folder, the new DocuMaster – both made by Morgana in the UK – and the recently introduced UV DigiCoater. Firm orders to date for the DigiFold will take up all of the next two months production scheduled for this product at Morgana’s Milton Keynes factory, while several of the DocuMaster orders were from countries to which Morgana had never sold before. At the last count 25 firm DigiCoater orders had been received with the expectation of closing many more of those that are in the pipeline.

“Drupa has been a great success for us”, said the company’s m.d. Quen Baum, “and a feature of the show was the number of different nationalities that visited the stand – 110 in all, from Albania to Zambia. With over 1200 quality leads, Drupa confirmed Morgana’s status as a global player in the finishing market.”
