Friday 23. May 2008 - New flatbet printing machine Manta was thinking out and has been developed by engineers from Grapo and its produced in Olomouc. Manta shows better prints based on principle of UV curing. Manta is equipped with eight Konica Minolta print heads, which excel accuracy and after dual installation - Manta is printing 2x CMYK- the quality of prints is higher. Manta prints onto glass, wood, PVC, metal and many other materials until the limit of 60mm thickness.
By development team of Grapo engineers was implemented special printing modul, called TWINMODE.This unique system cuts out preparation time in the course of printing. In TWIN MODE, there are two virtual working desks, so it is possible to set up the starting points for two printing operations indenpendently. You can print on one part of the working desk and in the meantime you can prepare material on the other one. The dimension of working area is 2x3m.
The MANTA is large format UV flatbed printer as reply of company GRAPO s.r.o. to the still growing demand for UV technologies especially in printing on desk materials. This printing machine can be used for rigid and some flexible media up to 2,05 m x 3,05 m width and 60 mm thickness.
