New flatbed applicator cuts time in finishing

Tuesday 13. May 2008 - At Drupa 2008 we demonstrate ROLLSROLLER Flatbed Applicator.

The ROLLSROLLER is an innovative flatbed applicator, designed for the application of self-adhesive films, application tape and digital prints to all kind of substrates up to 6 cm thick. Improved productivity is achieved, as time consuming applications become quick and efficient processes.

Other significant advantages to the ROLLSROLLER, is for example:
• Reduction in manual handling the manufacturing process can be done on the ROLLSROLLER.
• 5m long signs can be handled in one pass by one person
• Applying application tape is much easier. This machine does away with employees having to walk backwards, bending over whilst holding the tape.
• Illuminated table surface makes it ideal for use with multi-coloured or translucent materials.
• Height adjustable for improved health. ROLLSROLLER provides safer and easier working conditions, and reduce the risk of back injuries for employees working with finishing.
