Thermography
Thermography is constantly growing in many application fields: from book covers to greeting cards, from high quality packaging to the finest fashion hang-tags. A real must! Moreover, only Gasperini can provide the worlds largest thermographer: the superb Sunraise SE-40, able to print thermo up to cm. 70×100 size.
Foil stamping and emboss
The continuous development of engraving techniques allows to produce emboss (both multilevel and sculptured/artistic) with excellent features. A great success has being gained by our micro-engraved (textured foiling) “on demand” dies, an explosive weapon to protect your brands: every layout is exclusively designed and produced for the specific customer. The final result is always unique, from a visual and tactile point of view…. and, above all, potentially irreproducible. Both micro-engraving and artistic emboss are able to assure a high anticounterfeiting deterrent . We will show you, during the show, several excellent samples. Last, but not least, the new Kluge EHG press, able to feed sheets up to cm. 50×70 size: an event expected by most!
Die-stamping/Intaglio:
There are also new developments in anticounterfeiting intaglio from roll to roll, and especially in the self adhesive labels market, which is giving a new start-up to this ancient and valuable printing technology.
