Pro Mach Acquires Labeling Systems, Inc.

Tuesday 25. March 2008 - Pro Mach, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Labeling Systems, Inc., better known as LSI, a leading designer and manufacturer of pressure sensitive labeling equipment. New Jersey-based LSI will become a division of Pro Mach's Identification and Tracking Business Unit.

With the acquisition of LSI, Pro Mach expands its comprehensive portfolio of labeling, coding and marking solutions. LSI designs and manufactures turnkey systems for labeling of beverages, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and other consumer and industrial goods. Over 30 years, LSI has developed a reputation for engineering and manufacturing excellence. Leading companies have grown to rely on LSI’s high quality labeling systems to apply pressure sensitive labels to their products and packages.

Jack Roe, LSI Executive Vice-President and General Manager, will join Pro Mach and continue to guide the new division as Vice-President and General Manager. He will report to Bob Zuilhof, President of Pro Mach’s Identification and Tracking Business Unit.
