February 2008 - The table below sets forth the Company’s earnings before interest expense, loss on early extinguishment of debt, income tax expense, equity in the net earnings of the Company’s affiliates, loss on disposal of assets, depreciation and amortization ("EBITDA"), and Adjusted EBITDA.

The Company believes EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA are also important measures of its performance. EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA are not defined terms under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States and should not be considered as alternatives to income from operations or net income as a measure of operating results or cash flows as a measure of liquidity.
