Greater Media and Lincoln Financial Group Close Sale of Charlotte Radio Properties

Friday 01. February 2008 - Greater Media, Inc. and Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC) today announced that Greater Media has completed its acquisition of Lincoln Financial Group's Charlotte-based radio cluster.

The radio properties include AM/FM news/talk simulcast 1110 WBT-AM & 99.3 WBT-FM and 107.9 WLNK-FM, home of the nationally-syndicated “The Bob and Sheri Show.” The cluster will now be called Greater Media Charlotte.
