docdata Acquires a Majority Share in UK e-Commerce Company

Friday 01. February 2008 - The Internet Service Company docdata acquired 61.2% in the issued share capital of Hitura Ltd. in London, England, for a consideration of UKP 245 thousand.

The remaining shares will be bought between 2008 and 2013. The balance sheet and income statement of Hitura Ltd. will be included in the consolidation of docdata with effect from 1st February 2008.

Hitura Ltd. offers e-Concept & Consultancy, e-Shop Design & Development, Managed Hosting and e-Marketing services to the UK market.

Together with our Media, Fulfilment and Payments companies, we now have a compelling range of services for clients that want to be successful on the Internet.”

Hitura Ltd. realised a revenue of about EUR 0.6 million in 2007 with a small profit. The docdata management expects this acquisition to contribute to docdata’s consolidated result from the start of the consolidation per 1st February 2008.
