Advanced Inflight Alliance AG takes over DTI Software Inc., Montreal

Monday 14. January 2008 - Advanced Inflight Alliance AG (ISIN DE0001262186, WKN 126218, domiciled at: Schellingstr. 35, 80799 Munich/Germany) today signed an agreement for the acquisition of all shares of DTI Software Inc., a company domiciled in Montreal, Canada.

The purchase agreement will have a retroactive effect on earnings as of October 1, 2007. The business figures of DTI Software Inc. are to be included in the Group’s consolidated figures from January 1, 2008.

One half of the purchase price in the low double-digit millions is financed through own and borrowed funds, respectively. The parties agreed not to disclose any further details of the purchase agreement.
