On January 7, 2008 insolvency was filed for by the print holding company ARQUANA International Print & Media AG (ISIN DE 0006781008) as well as the subsidiaries Johler Druck GmbH, ARQUANA Sales GmbH und ARQUANA Media GmbH at the relevant local court in Neumünster, Germany.

The applicant and the subsidiaries named above are threatened with bankruptcy and/or are heavily indebted since they have no external financing sources at their disposal and the currently available funds will be depleted in due course.
