Facilitation for the media in connection with the extraordinary general meeting in Norske Skog

Wednesday 09. January 2008 - Norske Skog will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday 10 January at 14.00 hrs. in Vika kino, Ruseløkkveien.14 (v. Konserthuset)

Seats will be reserved for the media in the auditorium where the general meeting is held. Media that need rigging and access to electricity should be at the premises no later than at 13.00 hrs.
 
Journalists covering the meeting are requested to register in the reception well in advance of the meeting.

The general meeting will start as an open meeting, but the general meeting itself decides whether the meeting will be open or closed.
 
An English-language interpreter will be available for foreign media representatives.
