Samsung Electronics Launches Smart MultiXpress M5360RX, an A4 Monochrome MFP Designed for Business Users
Wednesday 11. January 2017 - Samsung Electronics has launched the new Smart MultiXpress M5360RX, an A4 monochrome multi-function printer designed to meet the needs of small- and medium-sized businesses and enterprises.
The newly launched multi-function printers features include full customizability, professional-quality prints and high cost-efficiency. It is intended to be of benefit to a range of offices, including public organizations and financial firms, which often need to deal with heavy document workloads.
The Smart MultiXpress M5360RX allows offices to effectively reduce their printing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), due to its large toner yield and low power consumption. It also allows offices to enhance their workflow thanks to the Smart UX Center, a customizable, easy-to-use, Android-based interface that features downloadable printing-related apps and widgets that can be tailored to meet an offices needs.
Notably, the M5360RXs Smart UX Center tablet-like interface is an interactive, 7-inch infrared panel, which is more sensitive to the touch, and faster to respond than previous models. Users can activate the interfaces screen not only with their fingers, but also when wearing gloves or using pens.
The M5360RX also ensures high productivity at fast printing speeds. With a quad-core 1.5GHz CPU, this MFP delivers high-performance interpreting and rendering emulation, a factor that enables faster printing speeds for heavy documents. The print, copy and scan speeds of the new printing product reach up to 53ppm (for A4 jobs).
In addition to its high performance, the new device also produces prints with excellent graphic quality. The M5360RX features Samsungs ReCP (Rendering Engine for Clean Pages) technology, which improves the readability of printed documents. It can deliver sharper and more solid output with enhanced resolution of up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi.

Smart MultiXpress M5360RX models will initially be available in Europe, as well as Central and South America. Exact release dates are subject to regional variation.
