Flint Group Signs new Agreement at drupa 2016 to become a key distributor partner for pressroom products of the Folex Group in Europe.
Tuesday 14. June 2016 - Flint Group and Folex have today signed a Partnership Agreement making Flint Group Sheetfed Division a key supplier of Folex pressroom products in Europe.
Part of Flint Groups Sheetfed business strategy is to offer the most comprehensive range of pressroom products and value added services of any manufacturer or supplier. Now, in recognition of Folexs extraordinary wealth of experience and technical know-how, having offered ground-breaking solutions in offset printing for over 50 years, Flint Group is pleased to be making this announcement. As part of the agreed supply offering, Flint Group will sell the Folex range of pressroom products for offset printing.
Scott McGauley Business Development Director, Transfer Media and Pressroom Chemical EMEA for Flint Group commented on the Agreement, “It is the Flint Group principle to be able to offer the printer a full range of premium products; in partnering with Folex we are adding another first-class coating transfer product to our product portfolio.”
Detlef Klopp, Head of Sales and Marketing Pressroom Products at Folex, added, “We are glad to be able to expand the co-operation with Flint Group. The combination of printing inks and printing blankets is complemented perfectly by the Folacoat coating plates. Our partnership will increase the presence of the Folacoat coating plates especially in the packaging industry in Europe.”
