New: for multi-directional conveying
Launched at the show, the unique new modular uni QNB-Ball Belt brings a new dimension of flexibility to the task of multi-directional conveying. It offers product alignment, positioning, and turning capabilities for both large and small items – without any risk of product snagging.
No more splice failures
At the centre of Ammeraal Beltechs portfolio is the global ZipLink Belts range, featuring a specially-designed spiral link made of high quality polyester monofilament with a Silam silicone impregnation. They are continuous and seamless, and the innovative quick splicing method allows their installation without the need to dis-assemble the whole processing line – a 75% time saving over set-up for other belts. Their construction eliminates splice failures and damage to transported products, and also eliminates damage to machine parts – drums, slider beds, etc – due to mechanical fasteners; and if an accident happens on the processing line, ZipLink belts can also be repaired. ZipLink belts deliver real benefits in terms of increased production time and saved costs.
