SPGPrints appoints Hank Guitjens, commercial manager label printing
Wednesday 04. May 2016 - SPGPrints announces the appointment of Hank Guitjens as commercial manager label printing. Hank takes responsibility for global sales to narrow-web and packaging printers of SPGPrints rotary screen printing, digital UV-inkjet and pre-press systems.
Hank has several years experience in senior international account management positions with suppliers to the print, packaging and home decor industries. Before joining SPGPrints in 2013, he worked with vinyl floorings supplier Tajima-Europe and plastic container manufacturer CurTec International. He is a graduate in international sales and marketing and in export management.
SPGPrints rotary screen programme for the label and packaging market includes RSI (Rotary Screen Integration) modules, re-imageable RotaMesh and re-usable RotaPlate long-life non-woven nickel screens, as well as digital and analogue screen cylinder imaging systems. Additionally, the companys 330mm-wide digital UV-inkjet DSI (Digital System Integration) press has enabled label printers around the world to compete successfully in high-value short-run label markets. The press comes with SPGPrints specially formulated UV-inks, with low-migration options for food and pharmaceutical applications.
