KBA Invites PRINT 17 Attendees to Find Print Solutions At Its Dynamic Interactive Booth

Wednesday 23. August 2017 - Advanced automated press technology benefits printers in all segments and provides financial gains

Returning to the Windy City of Chicago for its annual premier trade fair, KBA North America will be inviting attendees to its dynamic interactive booth to find print solutions among its latest press technologies for its core commercial, folding carton, and packaging markets. It will offer a new interactive product demonstration promoting the benefits and financial gains of KBA’s technology for its sheetfed offset press customers. KBA will be located in a prime position at the entrance of the show at Booth 213. The PRINT 17 exhibition and conference will be held from September 10-14, 2017 at McCormick Place-South in Chicago.
“Our message to the print industry is one of optimism and progress,” says Mark Hischar, president and CEO of KBA North America. “As we meet customers across the country, we see a positive sense of expansion and confidence. Within our own company, we’ve experienced significant growth and have exceeded our targets and are recording robust order intake. We’re very proud of the solutions we offer, our knowledgeable team of sales managers and service technicians, and our broad portfolio of applications. We invite PRINT 17 attendees to learn more about our latest technology and sit in our comfortable booth for some homemade brats and German beer.”
For an update on KBA’s entry into digital sheetfed printing for the folding carton market and discuss its progression, Maik Laubin, KBA sales director of digital solutions, will be on hand at the KBA booth to talk about the KBA VariJET 106 hybrid sheetfed inkjet press. The modular KBA VariJET will permit the combination of conventional printing and finishing technologies with digital inkjet printing in a hybrid press. It can be configured with up to seven inkjet colors and it offers print speeds of up to 4,500 sph in 29.5 x 41.7 inches. Its modular concept enables the combination of digital inkjet printing with optional in-line capabilities such as printing units, coating, cold foil application, rotary die-cutting, creasing and perforating.
KBA will also be kicking off its amazing 200th milestone anniversary as the oldest press manufacturer in the world on September 21.
