Sacmi filling solutions head for the home of wine-making

Friday 02. September 2016 - The Group is currently preparing, for the 20th edition of Vinitech-Sifel (Bordeaux, 29th November-1st December 2016), a high-level response to growing investment levels in the wine-making sector.

The countdown to the 20th edition of Vinitech-Sifel – stand 1 C 2510 – a key event that will see the Sacmi Group play a pivotal role with its range of filling and labelling solutions, specially designed for the wine-making sector – has begun. The 65,000 m2 of exhibition floor space at the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre (29 November – 1 December 2016) will be hosting at least 750 technology providers and 45,000 industry professionals, 14% of them from abroad.
This industry is characterised by a tendency towards technological investment: at the last 2014 edition, over 80% of operators stated they intended to invest in plant renewal and upgrades. Sacmi, moreover, has a strong presence in the industry with its innovative Bag-in-Box fillers. Designed to handle both traditional cardboard boxes (sizes range from 1.5 to 20 litres) and self-standing pouches, these machines stand out on account of their precision, compactness, efficiency, speed and hygiene.
Smooth integration of plant engineering systems – together with a capacity to assist customers with comprehensive, personalised, flexible solutions – make the Group highly competitive. The Group is now ready to make the most of its participation at Vinitech-Sifel by showing potential international investors the advantages of the new range of KUBE labellers, designed to ensure, thanks to their modular configuration, maximum efficiency across multiple technologies.
Sacmi offers complete plant engineering solutions that span from filling to case packing, palletization and end-of-line systems. Completing the picture are the advanced quality control vision systems that monitor every stage of production, thus highlighting the emphasis on total process integration.
